If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
30-Day Refund Policy
We will credit any returned opened or unopened product per customer if the received package is post marked within 30 days of the delivery date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service. Refunds will be issued to customer credit card within 3 business days. Returns to your card depend on your bank, but generally take 3-5 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days of the delivery date. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please follow the below steps for returning your product:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] or 800-510-8186 with detailed reasons for the return
- Our customer service will let you know if your product is covered by our 30-day return policy
- If you are covered by our 30-day refund policy, we will provide you with the RMA number, return label, and address of our warehouse
- If you are not covered by our 30-day refund policy, and we accept to partially refund or exchange your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
Exchanges (if applicable)
We may offer exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size or item
- 30-day has passed since your order
- Your order is defective or damaged

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to show up on your original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3-5 business days, contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, we can go ahead and cancel your order.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
